Today, we can say that the problem of development of multilingual education
is decided at the appropriate level, work is being done, and new solutions are imple-
mented [5].
A successful example of practical implementation of Kazakhstan’s model of
multilingual education is as follows: Nazarbayev Intellectual School and Nazarbayev
University, where English is the primary language in which, based on the analysis of
contemporary international experience, developed and implemented a model of tri-
lingual education based on the level system for the study of languages. This model is
based on the fact that students are able to master the oral and written language in Ka-
zakh, Russian and English. This should take into account not only the rules of intro-
duction into the learning process of the second and the third languages, but also the
possibilities of interactive methods of immersion in the foreign language environ-
ment. Training in these advanced educational centers opens for our young people ad-
ditional opportunities of intellectual, professional and career growth.
