В статье рассматриваются проблемы становления и развития полиязыч-
ного образования, механизм подготовки полиязычных кадров в образователь-
ной системе Казахстана. Рассматриваются полиязычное образование, как дей-
ственный инструмент подготовки молодого поколения к жизнедеятельности в
условиях взаимосвязанного и взаимозависимого мира.
Multicultural education in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the moment is one of
the main directions in the system of secondary education. School is the most im-
portant stage in the process of formation and development of a multicultural identity,
stage, when the core values and principles of life are consciously formed. The school
is able to provide the student with a favorable environment for a harmonious combi-
nation of development of humanistic individual universal qualities with the ability to
fully implement its national, cultural, ethnic needs. On the 27
th
of January 2012
Nursultan Nazarbayev delivered his annual address to the nation and identified the
main priorities of national education. First of all, education should be competitive and
of high-quality so that graduates of the Kazakh school could easily continue their ed-
ucation in foreign universities. Today we can speak about completion of the work on
institutional implementation of the State program of education development of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, one of the main skills which is trilingualism
[1].
The innovative system of principles of education in the system of multilingual
education involves a hierarchical system of principles in technology training and de-
velopment. In terms of scientific and technological progress, a huge flow of infor-
mation, has higher requirements of the students.
Professional orientation of students includes their trilingual training in the basic
subjects of their future specialty.
