- Development and execution of research projects of scientists to carry out their budgetary and extra budgetary funding;
- Arranging university research and practical activities, training of scientists and institute students for participating in scientific and practical activities of other organizations;
- Preparation for publication of monographs, scientific and practical recommendations, collections of articles and registering of scientific reports of scientists;
- Training of scientific personnel;
- Post-graduate studies;
- To establish international relations;
- Exposure of scientific developments in trade fairs;
- Organization of the television stations of the Institute
