Sergey Rassolov was born in October 20, 1972. He graduated from Kemerovo secondary school ¹ 68, he entered the Kemerovo Branch of Novosibirsk State Agrarian University and graduated with honors in 1998 from May 1998, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Veterinary and zoohygiene in KSAI, and since 2002 he was a senior lecturer at the department of Veterinary and zoohygiene of KSAI.
In March 12, 2004 at dissertation council of Altai State Agrarian University he successfully defended his thesis on the theme "The Influence of feeding by selenium and subcutaneous implantation of iodine on productive characteristics of gilts."
